Start up costs, not including the monthly service fee, are as follows:

  • $149.99+tax for the virtual sim Solis lite device including FedEx ground shipping, plus a one time $45 activation fee. Total before adding monthly service fee: $203.99, or $169.99+tax for the virtual sim Tuge device including FedEx ground shipping, plus a one time $45 activation fee. Total before adding monthly service fee: $225.19
  • All virtual plans offer a specific data allotment to suit your specific needs to be used within a 30 day cycle. All monthly recurring charges include taxes, fees and surcharges.

Special features of these plans include:

  • You can switch from plan to plan after a data cycle, or add another plan if you have used up your allotted data amount inside of a 30 day cycle.
  • You can inquire about how much data you have used within that data cycle.
  • You can use service for a temporary period and start back up with the same device, whenever you like. Our plans are pre-paid month to month.

The Terms For These Plans

Shipping

Free 3-5 day USPS express shipping is used for TUGE, while free 3-5 day FedEx ground is used for the Solis Lite. We also need customers to be aware that the quoted days do not start until the following business day after the order is placed, because of time to actually fulfill orders. Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends nor holidays.

Billing

The billing cycle for this plan starts when the total start up costs are paid and is recurring every 30 days thereafter. There is no pro-ration of the bill. The payment will be made either by the credit/debit card the customer used to pay total start up costs, OR they can elect to change over to ACH debit.

ALSO! Customers must cancel their month to month subscription 24 hours prior to the next billing date, or they will be paying for another 30 days of service. Customers can go into their online portal to see their billing date by entering the username and password that they created on our site when ordering. NO REFUNDS will be issued once the new month has been auto-debited.

Customer Service & Support

Once the sale is completed and the total start up costs payment is processed, the customer will receive an e-mail with a link at the bottom that will lead them to their online account portal. There, you can switch payment options, cancel service and have a 14 day refund initiated.

You will be required to create a username and password at checkout for accessing the customer portal. That online portal access will be e-mailed to you in a template upon successful processing of your payment.

*Customers will be provided device support, and details of that information will be accompanied after the sale with the device.

Refund Policy
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the virtual device to initiate a *return at their expense for a full refund of the device cost only, if they were able to connect to the internet but did not have desirable performance. The activation and service fees are not refundable.

*The device must be returned with everything that accompanied it, such as the little booklet and charger that came with it, in order to get the device charge refunded.

However, if a customer was completely unable to connect to the internet, and we can see that NO data was used then a full refund of the startup costs would be refunded minus the 1 time activation fee.
We do not recommend customers with poor cellular signal, or who are in areas with 3rd party non-LTE roaming, purchase this service.
No Guarantee of Performance

These plans use either the GSM and CDMA cellular networks, which hosts the 3 major carriers that most Americans use for cellular service, and the virtual device will find the best signal it can find.

However, we do not have any control of what speeds a customer will get, so we do not quote or estimate the download or upload speeds. In solid coverage areas, the average should be about 10-50Mbps down w/ uploads ranging from 20% to 200% of that with ping times averaging about 60 ms.

Attention Online Gamers

The cellular carriers for these plans has made the NAT settings a strict #3 NAT type that cannot be opened. While this doesn’t prevent online gaming, it can be a hindrance for some players. We’re sorry for this, but it is the way it is for all carriers on these high usage data plans.

Multiple line orders cannot be placed on our PCI compliant offline checkout cart, but must be placed one at a time. Any orders that contain multiple lines at checkout will not be processed.
